Jennifer Grove, President of Sky Blue Events, is a highly regarded wedding and event planner known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail as well as her classic uptown personal style and lifestyle expertise.
Jennifer moved to Manhattan at age 19 to study fashion merchandising and marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology where she went on to win the George C. Levinson Award, graduate Magna Cum Laude with two degrees, and work for esteemed apparel design, color and fashion forecasting, public relations, event production and editorial organizations.
From New York City, Jennifer moved out to Telluride, CO where she opened a luxury apparel and accessory boutique catering to the posh resort clientele. After she sold the boutique and returned to New York City, she launched her own e-commerce and blog ventures providing style and entertaining advice in conjunction with exclusive retail opportunities for consumers plus event planning and merchandising consulting services for private fashion and lifestyle companies. No matter the size of the event or the nature of the special occasion, Jennifer consistently puts her signature style to work to always exceed client expectations.
Today, Jennifer resides in Baltimore, MD, where her skillful ability to transform a client’s abstract fantasy of their event into an achievable reality has made her a sought-after event planner. Whether coordinating a client’s dream wedding, creating a major milestone birthday celebration, designing a launch party for a fashion collection, or crafting a memorable corporate function, she’s passionate about making sure her clients’ personalities and strategic visions are realized throughout their special event.
